A compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy with adults, parents and professionals
Offering a space for adults seeking a compassionate approach to understanding themselves more deeply.
Together, with my clients, we engage in a shared understanding of what they are hoping to explore through therapy. We take the time to notice habitual patterns of feeling, thinking, behaving and relating, noticing how these also show up in the nervous system, and begin to open up the possibility for new ways of responding in the present.
With over 18 years’ experience working as a therapist and psychologist across the lifespan, my approach is relational, trauma-informed and attachment-based. My work is informed by interpersonal neurobiology - especially applied polyvagal theory - drawing on various trauma informed approaches such as EMDR where appropriate.
