A compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy with adults, parents and professionals
A space for adults who are wanting to understand themselves more deeply—particularly how past experiences and relationships may still be shaping how they feel, relate, and respond in their lives now.
With over 18 years’ experience, my approach is relational, trauma-informed and attachment-based, and draws on psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and neuroscience.
Together, we take the time to explore patterns of feeling, thinking, behaving, and relating, noticing how these also show up in the nervous system, and opening up the possibility for new ways of being and responding in the present.
Adults
For adults who may feel caught in familiar emotional or relational patterns, or who sense there is something deeper they want to understand about themselves.
This work involves taking the time to make sense of your experience, understanding how earlier patterns may still be shaping your present, and working with both the mind and the nervous system to support change.
Parenting
For parents who are wanting to better understand their child, and the dynamics that can unfold within family life.
Rather than focusing only on behaviour, we take time to consider what might be happening underneath, while also supporting you in your role as a parent.
Supervision
For psychologists and allied health professionals seeking a safe, reflective and collaborative space to deepen their clinical work.
Supervision focuses on relational depth, formulation, confidence, and integrating approaches in a way that is clinically sound and aligned with your style.

the wonders we seek outside us.”
